PERSONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Take Charge of Your Leadership

You do not need another collection of leadership tips. You need a way to understand what keeps running your leadership, change it, and lead by design when the moment matters.

There is more than one way to grow, but every path begins with changing how you lead yourself

RECOGNITION

You Know What Good Leadership Looks Like. That Doesn't Mean It Always Shows Up.

This is for capable leaders who are not looking for more theory, motivation, or generic advice. They want traction.

Whether you are stepping into leadership, growing through the middle, moving toward the executive level, or already carrying significant responsibility, the right starting point depends on the depth and support you need.

You know you have more potential than you are currently accessing.

You keep encountering patterns you thought you had already solved.

You want greater influence, clarity, confidence, and control without becoming more controlling.

You are ready to grow how you think, decide, connect, and lead, not merely collect more information.

THE CORE DISTINCTION

Leadership Growth Begins Beneath the Behavior

Leadership growth does not begin with another tactic. It begins with the operating system beneath the tactic.

Courageous Curiosity℠ helps leaders recognize and interrupt the programming beneath repeated patterns. R³℠, Reflect, Reframe, Respond, turns that operating system into a practical leadership habit.

What Changes When You Lead Yourself Differently

Leadership development should change more than what you know. It should change what you can recognize, choose, and do in the moments that shape your impact.

1

Greater awareness of the patterns shaping decisions and behavior.

2

More clarity and confidence in high-stakes moments.

3

Stronger influence up, down, and across the organization.

4

Less overwhelm, over-functioning, and decision fatigue.

5

More intentional communication, delegation, accountability, and follow-through.

6

The ability to lead by design instead of reacting by default.

Your leadership does not stay contained. How you lead yourself shapes what other people can contribute.
Every leader can become a ceiling over potential or a positive multiplier of people and performance.
Leadership Growth, Seen From More Than One Level

When Leadership Changes, People Notice

The Leader's Experience
“Thank you, Cheryle, for all of the gems you dropped in our session. 💎 Here was my biggest takeaway: growing your team means creating a space where people feel self-motivated and engaged. Otherwise, they will self-eliminate. That is why culture is so critical. It is the North Star for when you're navigating conflict and change.”
— Myca Williamson, Owner, Myca Raquel Consulting
What Senior Leadership Noticed
One leader described Cheryle’s approach as grounded in courageous curiosity—someone who navigates complexity with thoughtfulness, asks sharp and meaningful questions, and creates space for genuine participation while still keeping momentum and accountability front and center. They also highlighted how her leadership strengthens the people around her by fostering alignment, building confidence in emerging professionals, and creating collaborative environments that lead to real results.
— Paraphrased from a letter written by senior leadership to one of Cheryle’s coaching clients
Great leadership doesn't stop with the leader. It unlocks more of what they can become, then multiplies through wht their people contribute, own, and accomplish.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions Potential Clients Often Ask

Where should I begin?
The book begins the idea. The program builds the practice. Coaching personalizes the transformation.

Choose the support that matches how you want to grow. Begin with the book for self-guided insight. Join the six-week program for structure, application, and group support. Choose individual coaching when your goals, role, or current challenges require a more personalized approach.

Right now, one-to-one coaching is available. The book launches in October 2026, and the guided program is coming soon. The guided program takes over where Courageous Curiosity: For Leaders Brave Enough to Lead Differently ends, and includes weekly group sessions with homework coupled with self-guided work on your own.
Do I have to complete the options in order?
No. The book, guided program, coaching, and future mastermind are connected, but they are not a required sequence.

Start with the level of insight, structure, personalization, and support that fits you now.
Do I need to read the book before joining the guided program?
The program builds on the ideas in Courageous Curiosity: For Leaders Brave Enough to Lead Differently, but you will not need to finish the book before you begin.

The program is expected to be 6 weeks long (currently under development), with opening sessions to establish a shared foundation, then moving beyond understanding into reflection, application, expanded learning, feedback, and new leadership practices.

Final book-access details will be provided when enrollment opens.
What is the difference between the guided program and individual coaching?
The guided program provides a structured six-week path, weekly group sessions, shared learning, and application between sessions.
Individual coaching is built around your specific role, patterns, decisions, relationships, and goals.
The program builds a common practice. Coaching personalizes the work.
Is this designed for new leaders or experienced leaders?
Both.

This work is designed for capable leaders from emerging through executive level. What matters is not title or tenure. It is the willingness to examine how you lead and practice a more intentional response.

(Note from Cheryle: I've worked with entry-level through senior-level leaders. While aspects of a leader's role change, the foundation of leadership doesn't.)
Can my employer sponsor my participation?
Yes. Employer-sponsored participation is welcome.
The guided program and individual coaching connect personal leadership growth to stronger decisions, communication, influence, accountability, and performance. Information to support an internal sponsorship request will be available for each offer.
Organizations seeking development for a team or leadership cohort should visit the Organizational Solutions page.

Ready for Leadership Growth That Is Built Around You?

This isn't simply career coaching, emotional intelligence, or basic leadership skills coaching.  Cheryle's one-to-one coaching uses your real decisions, relationships, pressures, and goals as the work, while you uncover how your reactions and responses impact your leadership, why,and how to change.  But more importantly, it gives you incredible insight into those you lead, creating the building blocks of a culture where people will choose to be motivated and choose to follow.

Together, we identify the patterns limiting your leadership, build the practice of responding by design, and turn insight into changes you can use in the moments that matter.
